Shiny Falinks can be caught in two ways: in wild spawns, or through completing event-themed Field Research tasks. However, it is rumored that Falinks might be more difficult to catch than most other Pokemon in the game. However, there is no reason to fear – Falinks can be caught almost anywhere, and are easy to catch with the right strategy.
Falinks is most useful in the Great League, and is ranked the 67th best in this category. It is capable of defeating Stunfisk, Umbreon, Obstagoon, and Bastiodon. However, it is not very useful in the Master League. Falinks is not as effective as Zamazenta or Dialga, but it can beat them.
Falinks is a Fighting-type Pokemon native to the Galar region. However, it cannot evolve into any other Pokemon. It belongs to a one-member family, and does not evolve into other Pokemon. As such, it is not possible to obtain a shiny version of Falinks during the Ultra Unlock Part 3: Sword and Shield. However, players will be able to acquire this Pokemon in the future through events focusing on the Galar region.
