The Distracted by Something Shiny Special Research storyline is back in Pokemon Go, with a new set of tasks for players to complete. The storyline consists of four parts, each with three tasks to complete. To get started, check out the subreddit, The Silph Road, for more information about the tasks and prizes you can win.
This event gives players the chance to encounter Shiny Celebi in the wild. The new questline has four stages, and the goal is to complete them all within a certain time limit. Once you complete these challenges, you can get your shiny Celebi and move on to other mythical Pokemon. This quest will be available until 28 February 2021, so get busy!
